Have you heard about
Invisaline? This system,
was developed in the late
90s. The dentist takes impressions of your teeth and then
sends those impressions to a special dental lab where they manufacture clear
“aligners” using sophisticated
computer technology. You wear the aligners for six months
to a year, switching to a new set of them every two weeks, and they will
gradually move your teeth until they are perfectly straight.
They
work.
However,
Invisaline is a misspelling. For more information
on this technique, see our Invisalign
page. That's the correct way to spell it.
It's also spelled Invisiline,
and Invisilign. |

Invisaline is called the "clear" alternative |
|
But they do work. Absolutely. And
besides being more comfortable, treatment times are faster than with
conventional
braces—about half the usual time.
However, they don't work in every situation. Consult with
an Invisalign dentist who will help you know if they will work for you. |
| To show you that it really works, here is a photo of a
person's teeth after they were treated with Invisaline. |
